Protein-Carb Almond Blaster


2 scoops Vanilla Whey Powder
10-12 oz of skim milk/soy/hemp/almond or coconut
1.2 cup of dry oatmeal
1.2 cup of raisins
12 shredded almonds
1 tbsp of peanut butter.



Freeze before bringing on the road. The Magic Bullet Cups work lovely!!!
