Roasted Pepper Tortillas,
1 pack Southwestern "pre-cooked" chicken breast slices (easy way out)
1 can Black beans (drained)
1 can Corn (southwestern style) (drained)
1 can Rotel -mixed chilies and tomatoes (drained)
1 bag Cheese (shredded)
1 bag Spinach
1 Avocado
1 Cilantro (bunch)
1 Ranch dressing (small)
Start layering the tortilla with Spinach, Chicken, Corn, Beans, Rotel and small amount of Ranch. Add the cheese, Avocado slices and Cilantro
